The Two Minute Warning

 

While our hardware captures all data, Panvista only reports on attendee traffic and behaviour that’s 2 minutes or longer in duration.  Why is this?

It comes down to the definition of engagement.  How much time does someone need to spend in a booth, within sponsor content or in an education session before their visit is “worth counting”?  We’ve deemed this number to be 2 minutes.  A visit that’s less may only show that someones walking by, or just doing a cursory evaluation.  Maybe they just want the free pen or chocolate?  A visit that’s longer shows interest, a conversation or content that has drawn someone in for a good evaluation.  And that’s traffic and behaviour that’s worth paying attention too.
